This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of November, 2016, by and among Ambac Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“AFG”), Ambac Assurance Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation ( “AAC” and, along with AFG, the “Company”, as applicable) and David Trick, an individual (the “Executive”).
