THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective April 27, 2000, by and among STEVEN T. SHLEMON (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”), and CARRABBA'S ITALIAN GRILL, INC., a Florida corporation having its principal office at 2202 N.
