This Separation Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”), dated December 4, 2012, sets forth the mutual agreement of EZCORP, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company”), and William E. Fosse (“Executive”) regarding Executive’s separation from employment with EZCORP.
