AGREEMENT AMENDED and RESTATED as of this 1st day of October, 2015 by and between Fidelity Aberdeen Street Trust, a Delaware business trust which may issue one or more series of shares of beneficial interest (hereinafter called the “Fund”), on behalf of Fidelity Advisor Freedom 2030 Fund, a series of the Issuer, (hereinafter called the “Portfolio”), and FMR CO., Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter called the “Adviser”) as set forth in its entirety below.
