This AMENDED and RESTATED Expense Contract, dated as of May 16, 2024, is made and entered into by and between Fidelity Aberdeen Street Trust, a Delaware statutory trust which may issue one or more series of shares of beneficial interest (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of their respective portfolios listed on Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund”), and Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”).
