This Employee Retention Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of June 30, 2015, by and between Robert King (“Employee”) and SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). For all purposes under this Agreement, the term “Company” shall include any successor to the Company’s business and/or assets, or any subsidiary of the Company or its successor.
