MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of December 5, 2003, between SELIGMAN GLOBAL FUND SERIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the "Corporation"), on behalf of each of the series listed on the Fee Schedule attached hereto (each, a "Series") and J. & W. SELIGMAN & CO. INCORPORATED, a Delaware corporation (the "Manager").
