INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT This International Distributor Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 8th day of January, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between: PALOMAR MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 82 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA 01803 (“Palomar”); and Q-MED AB (Publ), a Swedish corporation with its principal place of business at Seminariegatan 21, 752 28 Uppsala, Sweden (“Distributor”). WHEREAS, Palomar has Third Party distribution relationships for Products in countries throughout the world other than North America; WHEREAS, Distributor has the interest and capability to distribute Products to the Professional Market for Aesthetic Use in those countries and elsewhere in the world other than North America; WHEREAS, Distributor and Palomar recognize the desire of consumers for overall rejuvenation of skin appearance and the potential synergistic affects that the products of both parties can prov
