This Third Amendment to the License and Collaboration Agreement (this “Third Amendment”) is made as of June 18, 2014 (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”), by and among Gilead Sciences, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at 333 Lakeside Drive, Foster City, California 94404 (“Gilead Parent”), Gilead Sciences Limited, a corporation existing under the laws of Ireland and wholly-owned subsidiary of Gilead Parent having its principal place of business at IDA Business & Technology Park, Carrigtohill, Co.
