This Credit Agreement, dated as of March 4, 2022, as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of October 10, 2023, is among DRH RENTAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, the Lenders party hereto and MIZUHO BANK, LTD., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
