New Century Mortgage Securities LLC (the “Company”), a Delaware limited liability company, proposes to cause the issuance of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-1, Asset Backed Notes (the “Notes”). The Notes will be issued by New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-1 (the “Issuer”) pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of March 30, 2006 (the “Indenture”), between the Issuer and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (“DBNTC”), as indenture trustee (in such capacity, the “Indenture Trustee”).
