GS Mortgage Securities Corp. (the “Company”) proposes to cause FFMLT 2007-FFB-SS (the “Trust”) to issue its Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-FFB-SS (the “Certificates”), pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2007 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), by and among the Company, as depositor, Home Loan Services, Inc., as servicer (the “Servicer”) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee (in such capacity, the “Trustee”) and custodian (in such capacity, the “Custodian”), and proposes to sell to Goldman, Sachs & Co.
