You have advised us of your decision to transition to eventual retirement from Roper Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”). This letter when signed by you will constitute the full agreement between you and the Company on the terms of your retirement from employment (“Agreement”). By entering into this Agreement, the parties have agreed to provide for a smooth transition both for yourself and the Company and to provide for your eventual retirement therefrom.
