THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of August 2, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), retroactive to July 16, 2018, by and between Bausch Health Companies Inc., a Canadian corporation (the “Company”), and Joseph F. Gordon, an individual (the “Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”). Where the context requires, references to the Company shall include the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
