THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is executed as of this 16th day of November, 2015, by and between Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. and Kohl’s Corporation (collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Company”) and Sona Chawla (“Executive”).
