Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in either the Plan or in the Free Cash Flow Performance Share Program (the “Program”) for the performance period beginning January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2021 (the “Performance Period”) and the three-year service period beginning on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2023 (the “Service Period”).
