(the “Borrower”), in favor of Citizens Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent and as Multicurrency Administrative Agent (in both such capacities, the “Administrative Agent”) for the banks and other financial institutions or entities (the “Lenders”) from time to time parties to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2017 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among the Borrower, the Foreign Subsidiary Borrowers from time to time parties thereto, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.
