INTERIM INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT AGREEMENT made as of this 14th day of July, 2009 by and among Old Mutual Capital, Inc. (the "Adviser"), Clough Capital Partners LLC, on behalf of Clough Capital Partners, LP (the "Sub-Adviser"), and Old Mutual Funds I, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), on behalf of the Old Mutual China Fund (the "Portfolio").
