THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 2nd day of December 2019, by and between COLUMBIA STATE BANK, a Washington banking corporation (the “Bank”) and wholly owned subsidiary of Columbia Banking System, Inc. (“CBSI” and, together with the Bank, the “Company”) and Kumi Yamamoto Baruffi (“Employee”).
