KEMET Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to advise you that, pursuant to the 2014 Amendment and Restatement of the KEMET Corporation 2011 Omnibus Stock and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the Company’s Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) has granted to you this award under the FY20xx/FY20xx Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “LTIP Award”).
