This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of September 24, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between REVLON CONSUMER PRODUCTS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“RCPC” and, together with its parent Revlon, Inc.
