This Agreement shall establish clearly the ownership structure of the Sakhalin Palace Resort Project (the Project) as previously determined collectively by the Parties, being individually CCA Companies Limited (the Client), Arter Group Limited (the Advisor) and Valmet S.A. (the Agent).
