Sixth Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of May 31, 2017, by and among Revlon Professional Holding Company LLC, Elizabeth Arden, Inc., DF Enterprises, Inc., Elizabeth Arden (Financing), Inc., Elizabeth Arden International Holding, Inc., Elizabeth Arden Travel Retail, Inc., FD Management, Inc., RDEN Management, Inc., Elizabeth Arden Investments, LLC, Elizabeth Arden NM, LLC and Elizabeth Arden USC, LLC (each, a “Guaranteeing Subsidiary” and collectively, the “Guaranteeing Subsidiaries”), each being a subsidiary of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation (or its permitted successor), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Company, the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
