THIS AGREEMENT is made, effective as of December 1, 2014, by and between ETFis Series Trust I (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of the BioShares Biotechnology Products Fund (the “Fund”), Etfis Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and LifeSci Index Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”).
