This Amendment (this “Amendment”), dated as of June 5, 2015, by ACCUSHARES INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of AccuShares Commodities Trust I (the “Trust”), amends that certain Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of the Trust, made and executed as of June 16, 2014 (the “Trust Agreement”). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Trust Agreement.
