THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT, is made as of December 19, 2016, between BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a New York limited partnership (“BBH&Co.” which definition shall include the “Adviser” as defined below) and Select Equity Group, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Sub-Adviser”) with respect to the BBH International Equity Fund, a series of the BBH Trust -(the “Agreement”).
