Exhibit 10.13 SUBLEASE AGREEMENT This SUBLEASE AGREEMENT (“Sublease”) is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of August, 2001 by and between GLOBALCENTER INC., a Delaware corporation, and GLOBAL CROSSING NORTH AMERICA, INC. (formerly Frontier Corporation), a New York corporation (collectively, “Sublandlord”), and ARTISAN COMPONENTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Subtenant”).
