THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, made as of the 1st day of July, 2002, by and between SECURITY BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Insurer”), a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, for itself and on behalf of the Insurer’s Separate Account(s) established and maintained by Insurer under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Separate Accounts”), and SECURITY DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (“Underwriter”).
