Agreement made as of this 6th day of November, 2014 by and among Destra Investment Trust II (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series the Destra Focused Equity Fund (the “Fund”), Destra Capital Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and WestEnd Advisors LLC, a North Carolina company and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
