(“CSC”), a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 8000 Republic Airport Hangar 5, Farmingdale, New York 11735 (“Lessor”), and CHARLES F. DOLAN, with a mailing address at 1111 Stewart Avenue, Bethpage, NY 11714 (“Lessee”).
