Pursuant to the Company’s 2006 Employee Stock Plan (the “Plan”), on March 5, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) you were selected by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (as more fully described in Paragraph 14, the “Committee”) of Cablevision Systems Corporation (the “Company”) to receive nonqualified stock options (the “Options”) to purchase 806,100 shares of NY Group Class A Common Stock of the Company (the “Class A Common Stock”) at a price of $10.24 per share.
