SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 5, 2011 (this “Agreement”), by and among Capital Product Partners, L.P., a Republic of Marshall Islands limited partnership (“Partners”), and Evangelos M. Marinakis, Ioannis E. Lazaridis, Gerasimos G.
