This Severance and General Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Allergan, Inc. (the “Company”) and Roy J. Wilson (the “Employee”) (the Company and the Employee are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”). This Agreement is entered into because Employee has determined to leave the Company to pursue other interests and the Company has determined to eliminate the Employee’s job position. This Agreement is effective on the date that the Employee signs and dates the Agreement (“Agreement Date”).
