Please refer to that certain instrument caption "DEED OF TRUST, ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS, SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT ("Deed of Trust") dated as of August 24, 1987, by and between Rivergate Properties, Ltd. ("Grantor"), Robert M.
