THIS SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 31st day of August, 2005 by and between Frontegra Asset Management, Inc., an Illinois corporation (“Adviser”) and Netols Asset Management, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (“Subadviser”).

This Agreement is entered into as of the 22nd day of August, 2005 between Frontegra Asset Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and Frontegra Funds, Inc. (the “Company”) on behalf of the Frontegra New Star International Equity Fund, Frontegra IronBridge SMID Fund, Frontegra IronBridge Small Cap Fund and the Frontegra Netols Small Cap Value Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).
