SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT dated as of the 2nd day of August, 1999, as previously amended the 8th day of May, 2000, the 20th day of May, 2003 and the 23rd day of September 2004, and as amended and restated the 1st day of November, 2007, between Frontegra Asset Management, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Adviser”), and Reams Asset Management Company, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Indiana (the “Sub-Adviser”).
