This Agreement is made and entered into this 8th day of March, 2006, by and between Seismic Exchange, Inc., 11050 Capital Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77041, hereinafter referred to as “SEI”, and American Natural Energy Corporation, One Warren Place, Suite 300, 6100 S. Yale Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136, (hereinafter referred to as “ANEC”). SEI and ANEC may sometimes hereinafter be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
