This Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of HFF Securities L.P. This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 5, 2007 among HOLLIDAY FENOGLIO FOWLER, L.P., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of Texas (“Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in Section 1.01 of this Agreement.
