This Second Amendment to Lease (this “Agreement”) made this 21 day of August, 2006, by and between BTCT ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, having an address c/o Steiner Equities Group, L.L.C., 75 Eisenhower Parkway, Roseland, New Jersey 07068-1696 (“Landlord”), and SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation, having an address at 750 Route 202, Bridgewater, New Jersey 08807 (“Tenant”).
