This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated February 27, 2009, is made by and among GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, a New York corporation (“GE”), GE PACIFIC PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Singapore (“GE Pacific” or the “Purchaser”), TELEFLEX HOLDING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Teleflex Singapore” or the “Seller”), AIRFOIL TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL — SINGAPORE PTE.
