To the extent, if any, that this Amendment No. 1 to Aircraft Lease Agreement constitutes chattel paper under the Uniform Commercial Code in any jurisdiction, no security interest in this Agreement may be created through the transfer and possession of any counterpart of this Aircraft Lease Agreement other than the serially numbered counterpart thereof marked Counterpart Number 1.
