THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY OPERATING AGREEMENT of Rochdale Core Alternative Strategies Master Fund LLC (the “Master Fund”) is made effective as of October 17, 2006 by the Organizational Member. Subsequently, this Agreement is effective with respect to the Manager and each person hereinafter admitted to the Master Fund and reflected on the books of the Master Fund as a Member.
