THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 12th day of January, 2006, by and between LKCM FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).

THIS AMENDMENT dated as of this 8 day of May, 2006, to the Custody Agreement, dated as of July 10, 1997, as amended, the Fund Accounting Servicing Agreement dated as of January 12, 2006, the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement dated as of July 10, 1997, as amended, and the Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement dated as of July 10, 1997, as amended, respectively, (the “Agreements”), is entered by and among LKCM FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), U.S. BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Custodian”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).
