EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of May 1, 2011 by and between the Evermore Funds Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Evermore Global Value Fund and Evermore European Value Fund (each a “Fund” and together the ‘Funds”) and Evermore Global Advisors, LLC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Adviser”).
