AGREEMENT made as of the ___th day of _____, ____, by and among ______________________, (the “Sub-Advisor”), Collins Capital Investments, LLC a Delaware limited liability company located at 806 Douglas Rd, Suite 570, Coral Gables, FL 33134 (the “Advisor”), and, solely as to Section 6 hereof, Trust for Professional Managers, a Delaware statutory trust located at 615 E. Michigan Street, Milwaukee WI 53202 (the “Trust”).
