This INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of June 17, 2014 (the “Agreement”), is between Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investment Manager”), and Stone Ridge Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Stone Ridge Global Equity Variance Risk Premium Master Fund (the “Fund”).
