This SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally dated the 11th day of October, 2013, is amended and restated this 17th day of October, 2014 by and between Stone Ridge Reinsurance Risk Premium Interval Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), and Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicing Agent”).
