THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement) is made as of the 20th day of November, 2015 by and between Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), which may be amended from time to time by written instrument executed by the parties to add additional Funds and Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
