INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), made this 27th day of October, 2017, by and between RMB Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and IronBridge Funds, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Corporation”), on behalf of its separate series, each with its own separate investment portfolio, set forth on Schedule A (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
