THIS FEE WAIVER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ETF Series Solutions, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Vident International Equity Fund, Vident Core U.S. Equity Fund, and Vident Core U.S. Bond Strategy ETF (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), each a series of the Trust, and Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC (the “Adviser”), the Funds’ investment adviser.
